Rene Chacon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Seeker DePIN Explorer on Android devices you own or control, for informational purposes, subject to these terms and the Solana dApp Store Terms of Use.
The app is an independent catalog of third-party hardware. Specifications, prices, availability, token details and reward mechanics are compiled from public vendor materials and press coverage, may be out of date, and are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. Always confirm details with the vendor before purchasing.
Connecting a wallet is optional. Balances shown in the app are read from a public Solana RPC endpoint and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; only tokens whose mints we could verify are labelled by name. The app never creates or submits transactions, and the ownership proof it offers is an off-chain message you can read before signing. You are responsible for what you sign and for keeping your wallet and recovery phrase secure. Nothing shown in the wallet view is financial advice or a statement of value.
Nothing in the app is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy hardware or any token, or to participate in any network. Token rewards are set by third-party networks, fluctuate, and may be zero. Descriptions of health and wellness devices summarise what their makers say about them; they are not medical advice and the app makes no health claims of its own. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Solana Mobile, the Solana Foundation, or any vendor or network listed. Product and network names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The app lets you compose a suggestion or a correction and post it yourself as a public GitHub issue. By posting one you agree that it will not contain anything unlawful; anything that infringes someone else’s rights; hate speech, harassment or threats; sexually explicit material; content promoting violence, self-harm or dangerous activity; false or misleading claims, including false health claims or claims of affiliation; malware or links to it; or anyone’s personal information. Submissions are never displayed inside the app. We review and moderate them, and may edit, decline or delete any submission and block any account that misuses the feature. To report a submission, use GitHub’s “Report content” option on the issue or email rchac005@gmail.com. GitHub’s own terms also apply to anything you post there.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its data, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the Solana dApp Store policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Neither the publisher nor Solana Mobile, Inc. and its affiliates (the “Solana Mobile Parties”) will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use or tokens, arising from or relating to the app or its content, including purchase decisions or token-related losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are between you and Rene Chacon only. Solana Mobile, Inc. and its affiliates are not a party to them and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with the app, its content or its support. Questions and complaints about the app go to rchac005@gmail.com. Your use of the Solana dApp Store itself is governed by its own Terms of Use.
We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
